AEAE URGES REMOVAL OF ARDC SENIOR COUNSEL ALTHEA K. WELSH

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/6ZIUVxrcq4k&hl=en&fs=1CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) a governmental and attorney ethics watch dog not for profit watch dog group advocates the "removal" of Senior Counsel Althea K. Welsh from the Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission (ARDC) www.iardc.org.  ARDC was formed in 1973 by the Illinois Supreme Court to discipline attorneys. AEAE was formed in 1974 as a "watch" dog group to observe ARDC and other attorney disciplinary commissions throughout the U.S and to report on them and
the Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission.
Since 1973 ARDC has disciplined less than 1 1/2% of the 6000
Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Complaints filed against Illinois lawyers.
AEAE has received over the years more complaints against
Senior Counsel Althea K. Welsh http://www.clr.org/Althea.pdf for
failing to do her job and for failing to perform investigations of attorneys.
Based upon an analysis of Althea K. Welsh Esq., performance
complaints received by AEAE, as an unfit attorney investigator
for the ARDC, AEAE finds Ms. Welsh "unqualified" and
recomends her immediate removal from the ARDC.

                                    HOW CAN YOU HELP?

ATTORNEY investigators like Ms. Welsh who fail to do their job,
investigating attorney disciplinary complaints deserve to be removed
from office. For such parties are worst than the attorneys who break
the rules. There is nothing worst than a "bad" cop. What can you do?
Two things; urge the Illinois Supreme Court to removes Ms. Welsh.

without which numerous officials would get away with unethical and in some
instances criminal activity. AEAE is a not for profit Association that gets
no
governmental funding. AEAE needs your financial support today.
