extreme and repeatedly mental cruelty and irreconcilable differences.
The nurse even after facing a malicious prosecution lawsuit

in Criminal Contempt and to have him "locked" up in jail for 6 months,
by filing a frivilous pleading Third_Motion_for_Criminalt.pdf .
This Loyola Nurse also filed $200,000 in false bankruptcy claims
creating another VALID cause of a "tort" action in State Court against her.
Stoller is preparing at least two "new" lawsuits which he intends to file
against the Loyola Nurse, her parents, and their lawyers.
Legal Experts have estimated that the Nurse has already spend over
