ASSOCIATES has
threatend Stoller
withcriminal prosection in clear violation of the
Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct
www.iardc.org (ARDC) for Stoller exercising
his "First Amendment Rights."
Stoller has notified Cuba Township and its
officials ie David F. Nelson, Supervisor that Stoller intends to bring a
Civil Rico Action against the Township http://www.cubatownship.com/.
In order to obtain a colleratal in that litigation Attorney Bruce N. Tinkoff
has directed a letter dated July 23, 2008 to Stoller which appears to
support Stoller's claim of Mr. Tinkoff's violating the ARDC Rules.
