to solicit, coerce or intimidate another person to commit "abuse of public
Office", "fraud", extortion, filing "false" criminal charges to take a collateral
advantage in civil litigation and conspiring to defraud the Illinois Tax payers
of Illinois, claims for unjust enrichment, to conduct or participate directly or
indirectly, in the conduct of the affairs of the Village through a pattern of
racketeering activity, and to conspire to do so and to wrongfully and unlawfully
divert assets of the Village, and to conspire to do so, all to the detriment of the
Village and others. Stoller has name several elected officials. Although Stoller
amended pleading includes Civil Rico Count, Stoller is also filing the Civil Rico
Complaint with the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.
Stoller is withholding the names of the Public Officials who have been charged,
but they know who they are.
