JUDGE VIRGINA KENDELL GRANTS STOLLER'S MOTION IN GOOGLE CASE
CHICAGO--AEAE--LEO STOLLER MOVED TO CANCEL THE GOOGLE INC., TRADEMARK
"GOOGLE" ON THE GROUNDS THAT IT HAS BECOME GENERIC. Google Inc., sued for RICO. Stoller won an appeal Google_Opinion.pdf from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the case was sent back to District Court Judge Virgina Kendell. On June 30, 2008 Google Inc.,'s attorneys Michael T. Zeller from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges and Jonathan M. Cyrluk filed Google Inc.'s Response to Supplement to Stoller's Motion to Intervene. Stoller has identified misrepresentations ofmaterial fact and/or law in the said response and filed a Illinois Attorney
Registration and Disciplinary Complaint www.iardc.org against Zeller and Cyrluk.
Stoller had previously filed a ARDC complaint agianst Zeller

Google Inc., to terminate Stoller's previous
blog which was controled by Google Inc because Zeller did not like Stoller
publishing the fact that attorney disciplinary complaints had been filed by
Stoller against Michael T. Zeller. Judge Virgina Kendell just granted Stoller's
Motion to file his Reply to Google Inc's Response to bar Stoller from intervention.
Stoller is anticipating and looking forward to suing Zeller, individually
and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges and Jonathan M. Cyrluk in
Illinois State Court shortly.
