STOLLER CHARGED BY EX-WIFE WITH INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT

 CHICAGO--LOYOLA
UNIVERSITY  NURSE
AND FORMER WIFE Amended_Stoller_Divorce_Ct.pdf
 HAS FILED Another
 FRIVILIOUS CHARGE
 OF "INDIRECT CRIMINAL
 CONTEMPT"
Third_Motion_for_Criminalt.pdf
 AGAINST STOLLER
.
 A person  charged
with indirect criminal
 contempt is entitled
to the same
 constitutionally mandated
 procedural rights as
 persons  charged
with criminal offenses
 including the right
 to know the
 nature of the charge
to have it
 definitely and
specifically set
 forth by citation
 or rule to show
cause and the
 right to answer the
 charge. A person charged with
 indirect criminal contempt
is subject to the privilege
 against self-incrimination,
 the presumption of innocence,
and the right to pe proven
guilty beyond a reasonable
 doubt in addition to the
 other procedural requirements
 and rights normally applicable
to criminal trials. A respondent in indirect criminal contempt
proceedings not be called  by the petitioner to testify. Since the
respondent in indirect criminal contempt proceedings
is entitled to the privilege against self incrimination he may not
be called by the petitioner  to testify. When the Petitioner failes
to convict they can be and will be charged with
a civil suit for malicious prosecution seek
$10 million in damages.
Stoller, the former  Defendant anticipates prevailing in the said
unjustified lawsuit and looks forward to
becoming a plaintiff in another malicious prosecution lawsuit
amended_Malicious_Prosecut.pdf. Stoller's target is his former wife
and her attorney(s). Stoller has dedicated his chapter on defending
against a "frivilious"  malicious prosecution charge in his new book
"Manual for the Pro Se Litigant" to  his ex-wife and her attorneys.

The elements of a malicious prosecution case are (1) that the defendant
filed and/or  prosecuted the underlying civil action; (2) a favorable termination
of the prior case,  in which the innocence of the former defendant was
established; (3) the absence of  probable cause, meaning that no
reasonable attorney would have considered it to be
tenable; (4) malice, which can be implied from a conscious disregard
for the consequences, from a lack of probable cause, and from
inadequate investigation  and research, and (5) damages
.
Stoller's ex-wife and her attorneys are gluttons for legal punishment
as they are already  defendants in another malicious prosecution case
brought by Stoller. The continuing theme of Stoller's malicious prosecution
actions are that the ex-wife is malicious and  that her lawyers-defendants
are "serial" violators of the sacred public trust which bestows
the power to file and prosecute legal actions. Stoller will show that the
Ex-wife's divorce  attorneys _Mandamus_Act8.pdffrom Arlington Heights,
Illinois are a threat to the judicial  system and clearly deserve the indignation
and contempt of decent society. Stoller has  already filed three ARDC
Complaints STOLLER_ARDC_Complaint.pdf www.iardc.org
against his ex-wife's divorce lawyer. Stoller is the Executive Director
