LEO STOLLER V. GOOGLE INC., COURT HEARING MONDAY

CHICAGO--AEAE- IN A LONG LEGAL BATTLE THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS Google_article_4-5-08.pdf IN WHICH THE NATIONS LEADING TRADEMARK EXPERT HAS VOWED TO "cancel" the GOOGLE Inc., trademark which has become "generic" and/or "discriptive" of the services covered under its Federal Trademark Registration. The "term" "google" is in the dictionary describing the generic services covered under its Federal trademark Registration rendering the term google non-registerable. Google Inc., filed a Civil Rico Action against Stoller. Stoller recently won an appeal Google_Opinion.pdf and the case is now back in front of Northern of Illinois District Court Judge Virgina Kendell. There is a hearing on Monday in Judge Kendell court room in Chicago on Monday at 9:00PM. Attorney Michael T. Zeller representes Google Inc..
