 ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) offers tips to attorneys and others
 in "high" stress jobs to help them balance work and life. 
1. Try to recognize when you are becoming stressed and
 takes steps to deal with it before it overwhelms you.
2. Spend time outside of  your office with your family and friends.
 3. Exercise regularly, become a member of a health club
and go there every day for even 20 minutes. 4. Try to leave
 the office at the same time every day. 5. After work put away
your cell phone and black berry. 5. Stop and take deep breaths,
 relax and remember 99% of the things that can go wrong in your
 case, never go wrong. Lawyers are intellectual athletes who need
 to stop and relax in order to recharge their batteries. In order to find the
