CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) the nations oldest not for profit attorney and governmental ethics "watch dog" group, since 1974, is requesting your financial support in order to acquire a new computer system. AEAE operates a help line 312-545-4554 to give proceedural advice to parties who have to file a attorney disciplinary complaint or judicial complaint. In addition AEAE members have attempted to change the law to make it more favorable to complainants who file disciplinary complaints against attorneys or judges. Within the last year AEAE members have filed more Mandamus Actions in State Supreme Courts where attorney disciplionary commissioned failed to "charge" attorneys. AEAE members have filed more U.S. Supreme Court Appeals requesting that the high court "order" State Supreme Courts to Order state attorney disciplinary commissions to do there job and reopen attorney misconduct complaints and "charge" lawyers who have violated the Professional Rules of Conduct. Nationally, state attorney disciplinary commissions only charge less than 2% of the attorneys that are complained of. These state disciplinary commissions who are run by lawyers would have the American public believe that 98% of the attorney misconduct complaints that the public files against attorneys who have wronged them have "no" merit. In another matter, involving allegations of U.S Governmental Corruption in the Department of Commerce, the Comissioner of Patents and Trademarks Jon Dudas and the Director of the Office of Enrollment and Discipline ,Harry Moatz have been charged with corruption by AEAE for their failure to prosecute an attorney disciplinary complaint OED_Attorney_Fraud_Complan.pdf against Lance G.
