A CHICAGO BASED CONSERATIVE ATTORNEY ETHICS WATCH DOG GROUP MEMBER HAS FILED AN ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY COMPLAINT AGAINST THOMAS W. GOOCH ESQ., AN ATTORNEY AND HIGHWAY COMMISSIONER OF CUBA TOWNSHIP, ILLINOIS http://www.cubaroads.com/ Notwithstanding, the current allegations of professional misconduct against Tom W. Gooch. Mr. Gooch sends in his associate Michael J. Gauthier in a lawsuit today in order to contaminate and “taint” this very young Attorney Gauthier, who just graduated from law school a few years ago and doesn't appear to know any better. Now Tom W. Gooch has opened up Mr. Gauthier to be “charged” with professional misconduct at the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) http://www.iardc.org/ It is clear that Mr. Gooch under ARDC Rules has involved each member of his firm in his ARDC charges of professional misconduct.
