AEAE CALLS FOR THE REMOVAL OF JAMES L. NEEDLES SENIOR COUNSEL FROM ARDC
CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS
(AEAE) A CONSERVATIVE ATTORNEY ETHICS WATCH DOG GROUP LOCATED IN CHICAGO SINCE 1974 CALLS FOR THE REMOVAL OF SENIOR COUNSEL JAMES L. NEEDLES FROM THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION (ARDC) http://www.iardc.org/ AEAE members have not only found ARDC Senior Counsel James L. Needles review of attorney disciplinary complaints at ARDC to be unsatisfactory, but AEAE has received numerous complaints from other parties who have filed ARDC complaints against lawyers, whoses cases were improperly handled by Mr. Needles, who constantly refuses to recomend charging attorneys with professional misconduct even though there is evidence of such misconduct. Here is an example of such a complaint letter that AEAE just received from a disatisfied complainant:Mr. Stoller,
While searching the Internet for any information regarding James L. Needles, Senior Counsel, ARDC, we located some information regarding AEAE. Can you provide some feedback as to how to proceed in the following matter:
James L. Needles is the Administrator on the Complaint we submitted against an attorney in January 2008, along with supporting documents that relate to each of the conduct issues we raised. After we received the attorney's response, it was clear the attorney deliberately avoided responding to the conduct issues we specifically raised in our Complaint. Therefore, we extracted the issues from the pages of our Complaint and enumerated and reiterated the issues in our March 29, 2008 "comments" to the attorney’s response, we also provided "comments" to the attorney’s specific statements and "pointed out" his deliberate departure from the facts and truth and his deliberate failure to address the conduct issues outlined in our Complaint, and his blatant dishonesty and attempts to mislead and deceive the Commission. We also provided a "summary" of each of the conduct issues raised in our Complaint for the attorney's convenience in responding to the issues because he intentionally failed to do so in his initial response.....(NOTWITHSTANDING NEEDLES DID NOTHING TO ADVANCE THE CASE)...

AEAE URGES ARDC TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE JAMES L. NEEDLES FROM ARDC. In another matter involving governmental corruption Jon Dudas and Harry Moatz have been charged with corruption for their failure to prosecute an attorney disciplinary complaint OED_Attorney_Fraud_Complan.pdf against Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman "respondents". The Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) complaint contained prima facie and irrefuteable evidence 05_29_07_-_Leo_Stoller.pdf 07_24_07_-_Leo_Stoller.pdf 08_07_07_Transcript.pdfof the respondence "fraud" on the Patent Office. By Dudas and Moatz doing "nothing" was evidence that that they were conplicit. There was a story out of Washington last week that both Dudas and Moatz will be terminated. Does anyone know if Dudas and Moatz have been fired yet? Please email ldms4@hotmail.com
