ELMWOOD PARK, ILLINOIS--LEO STOLLER THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) filed suit amended_Malicious_Prosecut.pdf against the Village of Elmwood Park, ILLinois, the Mayor, Peter N. Silvestri, Chief of Police F. Thomas Braglia, Deputy Child of Police George Bertucci, Police Commissioner Barb Melnyk, Police Officers Michael Kmiecik, Christopher Pankey, Thomas Brown, Glenn Mieszala, Stoller's former wife, her parents and her divorce lawyer for False Arrest, Assault, and Battery, Malicious Prosecution, civil conspiracy, parental alienation and violation of civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C Section 1983. Stoller has also filed attorney disciplinary complaints against each of the three defense lawyers. Two of those cases are now before the Illinois Supreme Court _Mandamus_Act8.pdf No 106380 and Rosenblum_Writ_of_Mandamu8.pdf 106379. Another one of those cases is now before before the United States Supreme Court Esq._Petitioi.pdf. The attorneys Eli A. Rosenblum has just filed his Reply Brief in Support of his Motion to Dismiss stating, "these Defendants concede that Plaintiff's claim for excessive force Elmwood_Park_Reply.pdfis not subject to dismissal at this time, except that only the two police officers actually involved in Stoller's arrest should remain in the case, and the remaining Elmwood Park Defendants and the Villiage of Elmwood Park should be dismissed since they were not involved in the alleged use of excessive force during Stoller's arrest." Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman "respondents". The Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) complaint contained prima facie and irrefuteable evidence 05_29_07_-_Leo_Stoller.pdf 07_24_07_-_Leo_Stoller.pdf 08_07_07_Transcript.pdfof the respondence "fraud" on the Patent Office. By Dudas and Moatz doing "nothing" was evidence that that they were conplicit. There was a story out of Washington last week that both Dudas and Moatz will be terminated.
