ZELLER ESQ., AND BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE RICHARD M FOGEL "SCHEME" TO DEFRAUD THE ILLINOIS BANKRUPTCY COURT AND THE ILLINOIS DISTRICT COURT. SYKES ISSUED ON APRIL 2, 2008 and order THE COURT GAVE STOLLER A VICTORY OVER GOOGLE and did not "buy" Google Inc's frivilious response brief down load a copy click on Googles_Response_Brief.pdf. The court in its order stated, "Google thought its odds would be better by suing, not Stoller, but two corporations that even Google surmised were nothing but alter egos of Stoller. And when Stoller sought to intervene as a defendant, Google successfully (deceived the district court) to keep him(Stoller) out. Google now has a final judgment--against whom we cannot say--but we agree with Stoller that the judgment must be vacated and the case remanded for further proceedings. Christopher Stoller was able to identify Zeller and Fogel scheme which has lead to the Seventh Circuit court of appeals reversing a Civil Rico Judgment entered against Central Mfg. Fogel with professional misconduct because the matters were still pending before the Bankruptcy Court and the District Court in Illinois. Now that the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has spoken reversing the Bankruptcy Court approval of the Google settlement agreement with the trustee and the District Court's Rico Judgment ARDC can take a second look at the attorney disciplinary complaint that is being refiled today against Michael T.
