CHRISTOPHER STOLLER DIRECTOR OF AEJE URGES CHIEF JUDGE BARBARA MUNDELL TO REMOVE JUDGE ALICE WRIGHT

NASSAU BAHAMAS- CHRISTOPHER STOLLER THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF JUDICIAL ETHICS (AEJE) URGES CHEIF JUDGE ALICE MUNDEL TO REMOVE JUDGE ALICE WRIGHT. AEJE
HAS FILED CHARGES WITH ARIZONA COMMISSION OF JUDICICAL CONDUCT AGAINST JUDGE ALICE WRIGHT FOR VIOLATING THE CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT. In a hearing Judge Alice Wright refused to appoint a attorney to represent a disabled girl in a case in which Judge Alice Wright has previously appointed an attorney to represent the said disabled girl. Judge Alice Wright said, "Your not disabled and I will not appoint an attorney for you." The charges allege that Judge Alice Wright exhibited a bias and prejudice not in keeping with the Code of Judicial Conduct. AEJE urges the "removal" of Judge Alice Wright from the bench http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/ because according to the charges AEJE feels that Judge Alice Wright does not possess the temperment to be a judge and according to the papers filed acted in violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct. The Americans for the Enforcement of JudicalEthics, a national judicial ethics group that advocates the "strict" enforcement of attorney ethics.
Legal Disclaimer: Judge Alice Wright is considered innocient until proven guilty of the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.
