Stoller the Executive Director of Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) filed a attorney disciplinary commission complaint against his ex-wife's divorce lawyer. Jerome Larkin refused to prosecute stating that the issues that Stoller complained were issues still pending before two seperate courts and that it was the job of the courts to resolve the issues. Stoller filed a Petition for Writ of Mandmaus before the Illinois Supreme Court seeking to have them order the Administrator Jerome Larking prosecute the offending attorneys under ARDC's jurisdiction. Stoller argues that in over 36 years of litigation experience that he "never" saw any court find a lawyer guilty of an attorney disciplinary rule violation. Since the Illinois Supreme Court does not permit "review" of ARDC decisions denying the prosecution of an attorney disciplinary complaint, Stoller argued that it is time that Illinois change its rules to be in step with modern attorney disciplinary proceedures that states like Texas, Florida, Arizona, California to name a few all permit review of decisions denying a attorney disciplinary complaint.http://files.filefront.com/STOLLER+ARDC+Complaintpdf/;9661662;/fileinfo.html
