AEAE CALLS FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF ENROLLMENT AND DISCIPLINE HARRY MOATS
CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) A GOVERMENTAL ETHICS "WATCH DOG" GROUP calls for the immediately "removal" of the Patent and Trademark Director of the Office of Enrollment and Discipline Harry Moatz. AEAE has evidence that Mr. Moatz failed and/or refused to prosecute an attorney disciplinary complaint against certain attorneys, thought to be "friends" of Mr. Moatz, who were charged in the complaint with "fraud" on the PTO.
