CHICAGO-- THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHIC (AEAE) THE NATIONS OLDEST ATTORNEY ETHICS WATCH DOG GROUP LOCATED IN CHICAGO WHICH ADVOCATES THE “Strict” enforcement of attorney ethics does not praise to Athea K Welch Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Senior Counsel www.iardc.org for immediately processing two attorney disciplinary complaints against Illinois Attorneys Julie Ann Hofherr Bruch Case No 08 CI 849 and Elisha S. Rosenblum (“Respondents”) and forwarding the said complaints to the Respondents “We will request that the attorneys submit responses to the matters you have raised. Copies of the attorney's responses may be sent to you for your comments.” See attached letter. Now Compare a legitimate attorney disciplinary commission with what in the opinion of AEAE is a corrupt attorney disciplinary commission known as the Office of Enrollment and Disciplinary Commission of the Patent and Trademark Office. Stoller sent a attorney disciplinary complaint to the Director Harry Moatz on September 7, 2007. Mr. Moatz “never” acknowledge receipt. Mr. Moatz “never” even served a copy on the respondents. Even after notice Jon Dudas and his boss never took any remedial action to make sure that the said complaint was ever served on the respondents. AEAE alleges that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of Enrollment is nothing more than a “fraud” on the American Public compared with a legitimate attorney disciplinary Commission such as the ARDC. AEAE has called for the removal of Harry Moatz

And has requested that President Bush fire all of the allegedly “corrupt” public officials that are currently running the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in order to restore public confidence in the PTO. On September 7, 2007 an attorney disciplinary complaint was filed with The Patent and Trademark Office as well know to Beresford containing evidence that attorneys from the law firm of Roylance, Abrams Berdo and Goodman www.roylance.com     Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams, Alfred Goodman committed a "fraud" on the PTO. Bereford failed and/or refused to act on a attorney misconduct complaint alleging "fraud" in the attempt to acquire Federal Trademarks. Bereford failed and refused to even request that Harry Moatz Director of OED send her alleged friends, attorneys/respondents Johnson, Abrams and Goodman a copy of the complaint to respond even after notice.Bereford, Dudas and Moatz knows or should know that the said complaint contains prima facie and irrefutable evidence of the misconduct and "fraud" on the Patent and Trademark office. Bereford, Dudas, and Harry Moatz failure to enforce the "trademark" rules  is just cause for their immediate "removal" from the Patent and Trademark Office. AEAE is the "whisle blower" on  Bereford, Dudas and Moatz and advocates their instant removal from the PTO!  AEAE is calling on President Bush to "fire" Jon Dudas, Harry Moatz and Lynn Bereford from the Patent and Trademark Office from their offices immediately.This story continues: http://hosted.filefront.com/ldms4/
