 . An incident occured on June 6, 2005 when Elmwood Park Officer responded to a domestic situation invovling a Loyola Hospital Neo Natal Nurse filed a "false" police report against her husband. The Elmwood Park Police http://www.elmwoodpark.org/police/default.asp  it is alleged assultedl the husband "rippining" his right rotator culf. The husband spend three days in the Cook County Jail. The "phony" domestic battery charge was dropped. The Loyola Neo Natal Nurse http://www.luhs.org/rmch/ and her parents, residents of Elmwood Park are also named in the Cook County, Illinois Law Division Case No. 07-5697.
