Elisha Rosenblum represents the Village of Elmwood Park, Illinois, the Mayor Peter N. Silvestri, Chief of Police F. Thomas Braglia, Police Commissioner Barb Melnyk and Police Officers Michael Kmiecik, Christopher Pankey, Thomas Brown, Glenn Mieszala and Beatrice Specchio. All of whom are defendants named in a False, Arrest, Assault and Battery, Malicious Prosecution, Civil conspiracy lawsuit. Along with a Loyola Hospital Neo natal Nurse and her parents.
