Dear Judge Timothy C. Evans
The Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) a Chicago attorney ethics watch dog group for over 25 years has joined the Chicago Bar Association in stating that Attorney Lawrence Andolino, 236 East North Ave, Northlake, Illinois 60164 708-836-1111 is "unqualified" to become a judge. AEAE basis its opinion on several factors:
First Larry Andolino does not even maintain a office under his name that AEAE could locate. Secondly, AEAE could not even locate a business telephone number in his own name. Thirdly, Larry Andolino who represents a Loyola Hospital Neo Natal nurse as a defendant in a malicious prosecution Case No. 07 L 5697 which is in front Judge Kelly, has filed a Notice of Motion to Vacate Default and Motion to Dismiss Instanter. In that motion AEAE was able to identify a misrepresentation(s) of materal fact and/or law in violation of ARDC www.iardc.org Rule 3.3(a). A member of AEAE has filed a Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Complaint with ARDC. If the allegations are true any lawyer who makes misrepresentation of material fact in violation of Rule 3.3(a) in a Motion to Cook County Judge in order to dismiss a "malicious prosecution" "Civil Rights Case" should not now or "ever" be considered for a Cook County Judgeship. AEAE requests that you reject any Application by Attorney Larry Andolino for any Judgeship.
