AEAE CHARGES LAWRENCE ANDOLINO ATTORNEY AT LAW WITH PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT
CHICAGO-THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) member is charging Illinois Attorney with professional misconduct. Alleging that Lawrence Andolino made misstatements of material fact and or law in violation of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Rules of Professional misconduct Rule 3.3(a) and Rule 8.4 http://www.iardc.org/rulesprofconduct.html. Larry Andolino according to papers filed with the Illinois Attorney Registeration and Disciplinary Commission www.iardc.org in a Cook County Law Division Case No. 07 L 5697 Andolino filed a Notice of Motion to Vacate Default and File Appearance and Motion to Dismiss Instanter on behalf of a Loyola Hospital Neonatal Nurse and her parents who live in Elmwood Park, Illinois. In the Attorney Disciplinary Complaint is alleged that Larry Andolino made mistatements of material fact and or law to the Judge in order to persuade the Judge to dismiss a malicious prosecution and false arrest case. AEAE knows of "no" greater crime of professional misconduct than for an attorney to make a knowingly misstatement of material fact to a Judge to dismiss a case. AEAE opinion is that any attorney that makes a misrepresetation to a judge is "unfit" to ever becomel a judge. AEAE urges everyone to "not" vote for Larry Andolinio for judgeship in Illinois. It is also interesting to note that the Chicago Bar Association found that Larry Andolino was NOT RECOMENDED for a judgship. Andolino was seeking. That assessment is consistent with the Americans for the Enforcement of Judicial Ethics, a Chicago judicial watch dog group opinion of Lawrence Andolino that he is "unfit" ever to become a judge.
