A attorney disciplinary complaint was filed in Washington with the Office of Enrollement and Discipline on Sept. 7, 2007 charging attorneys Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams, Alfred Goodman with "fraud" on the Patent and Trademark Office. As of January 25, 2008 the complaint has "not" even been served on the attorneys charged with defrauding the Patent and Trademark Office as well known to the Respondent Harry Moatz, Jon Dudas, Carlos Gutierrez, James Toupin,  John Whealan, Lynn Bereford have an duty to see that no one "defrauds"  the Patent and Trademark Office. They have failed and/or breached their duty and its time for them to "go" and or be removed from office.  After even being put on NOTICE these government officials have done nothing and continue to do nothing regarding a attorney fraud disciplinary   complaint which Jon Dubas knows http://rentamark.blog.com/2529431/preview/contains prima facie and irrefutable evidence of the misconduct and "fraud" on the Patent and Trademark office as well known to all of these named government officials, the said Respondents.

 AEAE send emails to Jon W. Dudas and Harry I. Moatz to all of the said respondents and published the Open letter on this site http://rentamark.blog.com/2497552/preview and requested that they take the necessary remedial action by Friday January 11,  2008. They failed to do so and AEAE filed complaints with Justice Department.  AEAE has filled Bar complaints against each of the said respondents and seeks to have them disbarred from the practice of law for their failure to take the remedial action against other lawyers registered with the Patent and Trademark Office who have been charged with committing a "fraud" on the patent and trademark office.
