Jon Dudas failure to take any remedial action regarding charges of Lance G. Johnson's fraud on the PTO

O JON DUDAS:Mr. Jon Dudas:
I am sending this email to you in reference to a Office of Enrollment and
Disciplinary Complaint that I filed and was received by your office on Sept. 7, 2007. The said complaint as you are aware charges attorneys Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman (Respondents) from the law firm of Roylance, Abrams, Berdo and Goodman www.roylance.comYou are aware of this the serious allegations of fraud on the PTO by the said Respondents. You have communicated with Harry Moatz, Moatz, Carlos Gutierrez Gutierrez, David Sams, James Toupin, John Wealand, Lynn Beresford, Margaret Peterlin and others regarding the Lance G. Johnson et al "sche
me" to defraud the Patent and Trademark Office, yet your office has done "nothing" according to my records regarding my complaint, let alone even cause to have my said attorney misconduct complaint even served upon the said respondents for over a five month period. As the Director of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) for over 25 years, I have "never" dealt with a disciplinary commission that has allowed a attorney disciplinary complaint to "sit" for five months without even serving it on the accused. Mr. Dudas you are a licensed attorney and you have communicated with other licensed attorneys (Harry Moatz Carlos Gutierrez, David Sams, James Toupin, John Wealand, Lynn Beresford and Margaret Peterlin et al.,) regarding this complaint and yet have failed to take any remedial action to cause to have my said attorney grievance served upon the respondents even after I have notified you, Harry Moatz, Carlos Gutierrez, David Sams, James Toupin, John Wealand, Lynn Beresford and Margaret Peterlin.As the nations leading advocate of the "strict" enforcement of Attorney ethics for over 25 years, I can state as an expert on these matters that there is no greater "crime" of professional misconduct than when Attorneys who are public officials empowered with enforcing the Rules of Professional Misconduct and "fail" and/or refuse to do their job, while conspiring with other attorneys to obstruct the administration of justice.
I am looking forward to receiving a presonal response from you by Friday January 11, 2008 or sooner as to what remedial action(s) that your office is taking to expidate the "service" of my OED complaint on Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman.
