ARDC WAIVES RIGHT TO FILE A RESPONSE TO STOLLER'S WRIT OF CERTIORARI

CHICAGO--THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION (ARDC) WWW.IARDC.ORG  filed a waiver to respond to Leo Stoller's Petition for writ of certiorari Case No. 07-7786 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certiorari. Stoller the Executive Director of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) filed a Attorney Disciplinary Commission complaint against two Arlington Heights divorce attorneys for violating ARDC Rule 3.7 http://www.iardc.org/rulesprofconduct.html. The ARDC declined to prosecute the two lawyers. Stoller filed a Writ of Mandamus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandamus before the Illinois Supreme Court. The court denied Stoller Petition for Mandamus. Stoller than filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court. ARDC attorney Marilyn J. Martin filed a waiver before the U.S. Supreme court to respond to Stoller's petition for a writ of certiorari.
