SEYFARTH SHAW SUED FOR $75 MILLION FOR FRAUD

CHICAGO--Seyfarth Shaw LLP http://www.sefarth.com/ has been sued for 75 million for negligence and fraud. For failing to prosecute a 2005 infringement lawsuit over snowboard patents required competence in the U.S. District Court with for the Northern District of California. William Factor is a partner along with Christopher Larkin larkin@seyfarth.com Mr. Larkin is an intellectual property attorney who works for Seyfarth Shaw along with his wife Mrs. Larkin. Mr. Larkin is active in a number of professional organizations and has lectured on intellectual property law to associations such as the International Trademark Association, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Federal Circuit Bar Association, and the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of California.
