AEAE URGES REMOVAL OF ARDC SENIOR COUNSEL ALTHEA K. WELSH

Welsh from the Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission (ARDC) www.iardc.org.  ARDC was formed in 1973 by the Illinois Supreme Court to discipline attorneys. AEAE was formed in 1974 as a "watch" dog group to observe ARDC and other attorney disciplinary commissions throughout the U.S and to report on them and 
the Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission.
 Since 1973 ARDC has disciplined less than 1 1/2% of the 6000
 Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Complaints filed against Illinois lawyers. 
AEAE has received over the years more complaints against

complaints received by AEAE, as an unfit attorney investigator

A MEMBER FILED A ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY
 COMPLAINT AGAINST LANCE G. JOHNSON,
  DAVID ABRAMS AND ALFRED GOODMAN
BACK ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2007 which contained
 clear evidence that Johnson, Abrams and
 Goodman (RESPONDENTS) were committing
 a fraud on the Patent and Trademark Office.
 Harry Moatz the Director, Judge David Sams,
Jon Dudas did nothing to advance the attorney
disciplinary complaint agianst the said attorneys.
 AEAE put out a call for anyone who had evidence
 of Patent and Trademark Fraud to come forward.

 at the PTO, and those high officials were rewarded with Agents or Attorney registration
when they left. Moatz decides these issues. Some of the corruption cover-up known to me
 was aided by the Commerce department lawyers.
I know another former employee that has a lot of info due to his involvement in the union.
 He may be able to share some information. He gave me info about one high-level official
 who perjured herself on the witness stand. She got her registration after leaving the office.

today two more attorney disciplinary complaints against "two" Illinois Lawyers
seeking their disbarrment. This is the "second" attorney disciplinary complaint

JUDGE VIRGINA KENDELL GRANTS STOLLER'S MOTION IN GOOGLE CASE

CHICAGO--AEAE--LEO STOLLER MOVED TO CANCEL THE GOOGLE INC., TRADEMARK "GOOGLE" ON THE GROUNDS THAT IT HAS BECOME GENERIC. Google Inc., sued for RICO. Stoller won an appeal Google_Opinion.pdf from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the case was sent back to District Court Judge Virgina Kendell.  On June 30, 2008 Google Inc.,'s attorneys Michael T. Zeller  from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges and Jonathan M. Cyrluk filed Google Inc.'s Response to Supplement to Stoller's Motion to Intervene. Stoller has identified misrepresentations of
 material fact and/or law in the said response and filed a Illinois Attorney
 Registration and Disciplinary Complaint www.iardc.org  against Zeller and Cyrluk.
 Stoller had previously filed a ARDC complaint agianst Zeller
.Michael_T._Zeller_Attornet.pdf Zeller  according to Stoller's charges caused
 Google Inc., to terminate Stoller's previous
 blog which was controled by Google Inc because Zeller did not like Stoller
 publishing the fact that attorney disciplinary complaints had been filed by
Stoller against Michael T. Zeller. Judge Virgina Kendell just granted Stoller's
 Motion to file his Reply to Google Inc's Response to bar Stoller from intervention.
Stoller is anticipating and looking forward to suing Zeller, individually
 and Quinn Emanuel  Urquhart Oliver & Hedges and Jonathan M. Cyrluk in
 Illinois State Court shortly.
