WHY LEGAL BOOKS COST SO MUCH AND ARE WORTH SO MUCH

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/FtQ4g8j3w5I&hl=enCHICAGO--AEAE--LEGAL BOOKS COSTS OVER $100 AND ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. No where in American society is knowledge more powerful then in a court room. This weeks U.S. Supreme Court Ruling in favor of the 2 amendment, the right to bare arms is a prime example.  The court did not make up their decision based on the plain "air". Legal briefs were filed by a "lot" of parties. These documents contained each side's case.  The brief that was the best written and contained the law was the "winning" brief. Legal books give lawyers and individuals who are arguing their cases the case law and the knowledge to prevail.  Cases are won every day in this country by one lawyer siting to a case which the other lawyer was not aware of. This information comes from legal books. Individuals who have to litigate against lawyers can find that the great "equalizer" comes from reading "legal" research and "learning"  the law from "legal" books. If a legal book provides one "idea" or "case" which helps you win your case that legal book is "priceless"!That is "why"  people who engage in intellectual "battles" cannot "own" enough "legal" books.

LOYOLA UNIVERSITY NURSE SUED FOR FILING A FALSE BANKRUPTCY CLAIM

ELMWOOD PARK- ILLINOIS--AEAE-A LOYOLA UNIVERSITY
NURSE IS BEING SUED FOR FILING A FALSE BANKRUPTCY
 CLAIM FOR $200,000.
  The Loyola Hospital nurse Evaluation_.pdf
knew that her  bankruptcy claim was fraudulent yet filed
it in December of 2006.
She recently with drew the "false" bankruptcy. The filing of a false
bankruptcy claim is a tort which is actionable in state court.
Her parents have been named in the conspiracy, as well as her attorney_Mandamus_Act8.pdf.
This same nurse is facing a malicious prosecution lawsuit
amended_Malicious_Prosecut.pdf in Cook County Illinois where
she had made some very daming
admissions
_Admissions_3-7.pdf.
Legal disclaimer--the nurse's name cannot be printed
here pursuant to a court order which clearly violates
the "first" amendment, the right to "free" speech.

FILING FALSE BANKRUPTCY CLAIMS IS ACTIONABLE

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/6ZIUVxrcq4k&hl=enCHICAGO--PEOPLE WHO FILE BANKRUPTCY ARE PLAGUED
WITH "FRAUDULENT" BANKRUPTCY CLAIMS. A tort action can  be filed in State court  seeking danmages for the filing of a "False "  bankruptcy claim under theroies of defamation, false light, abuse of  process, emotional distress, negligent misrepresentation, simple negligence,
fraud and Rico. A party must alege that the defendant had actual knowledge  of the information, acts in deliberate ignorance of the truth or falsity of the  information or acts in reckless disregard of the truth of faisity of the information,  and no proof of specific intent to defraud is required. Under a Rico claim,
the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization ACT, a seriioes of federal  statues, is an effective tool in the fight against a party who files "false" bankruptcy claims.
Rico's attraction is that a prevailing plaintiff  gets attorneys' fees and tripled damages.
Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) advocates that debtors  in bankruptcy proceeding bring tort actions in state courts after the bankruptcy is  over to recover from
the false claimants. The real fraud is that the bankruptcy judge
will use these "false" bankruptcy claims to unlawfully "rape" the assets of the
bankrupt party. For the Bankruptcy judge is under "no" obligation to even
verify one claim be fore he orders the bankrupt party's assets liquidated.
In view of the differing elements of proof and recovery, a former debtor
bringing a tort action in state court based upon the filing of "false" bankruptcy
claims should consider suing for both fraud and for RICO. Regardfless of the
claim pleaded, a former debotor that has been defrauded  should consider
suing, both to obtain a recovery and to deter bankruptcy fraud claims.

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/FtQ4g8j3w5I&hl=en

CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF
ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) offers tips to attorneys and others
in "high" stress jobs to help them balance work and life.
1. Try to recognize when you are becoming stressed and
takes steps to deal with it before it overwhelms you.

and go there every day for even 20 minutes. 4. Try to leave
the office at the same time every day. 5. After work put away
your cell phone and black berry. 5. Stop and take deep breaths,
relax and remember 99% of the things that can go wrong in your
case, never go wrong. Lawyers are intellectual athletes who need
to stop and relax in order to recharge their batteries. In order to find the
"right" lawyer for you AEAE has prepared a Guide for Hiring the Right

TWENTY PERCENT OF LAWYERS SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION AND ALCOHOLISM

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/FtQ4g8j3w5I&hl=enCHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) an attorney ethics watch dog group has released a report that states "attorneys suffer from depression and alcoholism at over twice the rate of the general population."  Eighty hour work weeks, endless pressure have lead attorneys to suffer greater rates of depression and alcoholism than the general population. There is a direct link between lawyers, stress,  depression and alcoholism. Over 19 percent of attorneys suffer from
depression compared with 6.7 percent of the general population. Over 20 percent
of attorneys are problem drinkers, over twice the national average. That is why
it is imperative for anyone seeking to hire an attorney must obtain AEAE's
"Guide to Hiring an Attorney." Otherwise a client could end up with a attorney
who may be a "depressed"  "drunk" and end up losing his case because of his
lawyer's mental and physical inabilities. After all who would know that over 20%
of lawyers have problems with depression, drug and alcohol abuse. AEAE knows.
AEAE is an expert in being able to give the proper tools to select the "right" lawyer
to win your case.  Otherwise its  Russian Roulette. There are five champers in your
gun and one of them has bullet in it. With a 20% chance of picking a drug addicted
"loser" without knowing how to retain the right attorney you have no one to blame for
selecting the wrong lawyer and losing your case as a result of it. You can increase the
odds of choosing the best lawyer for your case by acquiring AEAE's new publication
