The Illinois Attorney General Office is now investigating M.J. Miller and his wife MIckey Flanagan for deceptive trade practices.
 AEAE recomends no one shop at M. J. Miller and Co. AEAE spoke with Mr. Michael J. Miller who is alleged to have taken in a valuable piece of jewelry and now refuses to return it to its owner. Any such jeweler who "refuses" to return a piece of jewelry to the owner cannot be trusted.

NEEDLES FROM THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION (ARDC) http://www.iardc.org/  AEAE members have not only found ARDC Senior Counsel James L. Needles review of attorney disciplinary complaints at ARDC to be unsatisfactory, but AEAE has received numerous complaints from other parties who have filed ARDC complaints against lawyers, whoses cases were improperly handled by Mr. Needles, who constantly refuses to recomend charging attorneys with professional misconduct even though there is evidence of such misconduct. While searching the Internet for any information regarding James L. Needles, Senior Counsel, ARDC, we located some information regarding AEAE. Can you provide some feedback as to how to proceed in the following matter:

James L. Needles is the Administrator on the Complaint we submitted against an attorney in January 2008, along with supporting documents that relate to each of the conduct issues we raised. After we received the attorney's response, it was clear the attorney deliberately avoided responding to the conduct issues we specifically raised in our Complaint. Therefore, we extracted the issues from the pages of our Complaint and enumerated and reiterated the issues in our March 29, 2008 "comments" to the attorney’s response, we also provided "comments" to the attorney’s specific statements and "pointed out" his deliberate departure from the facts and truth and his deliberate failure to address the conduct issues outlined in our Complaint, and his blatant dishonesty and attempts to mislead and deceive the Commission. We also provided a "summary" of each of the conduct issues raised in our Complaint for the attorney's convenience in responding to the issues because he intentionally failed to do so in his initial response.....(NOTWITHSTANDING NEEDLES DID NOTHING TO ADVANCE THE CASE)...

CHICAGO--THE SEVENTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS SUSTAINED LEO STOLLER APPEAL REVERSING NORTH DISTRICT OF ILLINOLIS JUDGE VIRGINIA KENDELL'S RICO JUDGMENT AGAINST THE CORPORATIONS THAT STOLLER RAN. The Seventh Circuit vacated Google_Opinion.pdfthe settlement agreement between Illinois Bankruptcy Trustee Richard M. Fogel and Google Inc., which permitted Central Mfg Co withdraw its Petition to Cancel the "generic" and/or "discriptive" term 'google'.  Now that the "frivilious" settlement agreements have been set aside, the Trademark Trial And Appeal Board (TTAB)  must as a matter of law  reinstate Stoller's Notice of Opposition No. 91170256 and the  TTAB must Order Google Inc., file a written response to Stoller's Petition to Cancel No. 92045778, sue sponte,  pending motion for summary judgment canceling the 'google' Registration. The Google Inc., Federal Registration for the discriptive term Google has been in the dictionary for several years now and thus is no longer entitled to Federal Registration as well known to every TTAB practicing judge. Google Inc., has been successful avoiding cancelation of its "generic" term by suing companies Stoller ran and preventing the TTAB from doing its job. The job of every defense lawyer when he has a "losing" case is to prevent that case from ever going to trial. Kudos must go to Google Inc.'s lawyer Michael T. Zeller Michael_T._Zeller_Attornet.pdf for their ability to have prevented the judges at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board from canceling the "generic" google term off of the principle Register  so far.
