PURE FISHING INC  Northern District of Illinois Case No. 05-CV-00725. In the underlying case District Court Judge George E. Lindberg Judge_Lindbergs_April_12_1.pdfhttp://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/judge/LINDBERG/GWLBIO.HTM  issued an "excessive" $950,000.00 sanction against Stoller. Stoller "never" received notice of the hearing. Bankruptcy Trustee Richard M. Fogel consented to the $950,000.00 sanction against Stoller. Stoller has asserted that Illinois Bankruptcy trustee Richard M. Fogel "breeched" his fudiciary duties and charged Fogel with "fraud" and professional misconduct before the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) www.iardc.org .  ARDC choose not to take any action during the pendency of the on going litigation. Fogel has denied the charges. In a related matter Stoller had sued the attorneys, Lance G. CHICAGO--THOMAS W. GOOCH, THE HIGHWAY COMMISSIONER OF CUBA TOWNSHIP  raised an affirmative defense to his wife's alleged participation in what is alleged as unlawful acts and misconduct in a pending Cook County, Illinois lawsuit. Gooch stated that his wife Debora Gooch is "mentally challeged, not subject to the ability to understand the mentality of someone like Leo Stoller".  Gooch is attempting to argue that his wife Debora Gooch should be "immune from suit" because Debora Gooch  is "mentally challeged." Witnesses have now come forward  stating that Debora Gooch is "not" mentally challeged. The witness stated that Debora Gooch may "not" seem like she is all there but whe is "not" mentally challeged. Judge Allen Goldberg ordered Gooch to produce an afficavit from the bench regarding Debroa Gooch.
