Dear Judge Timothy C. Evans

The Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) a Chicago attorney ethics watch dog group for over 25 years has joined the Chicago Bar Association in stating that Attorney Lawrence Andolino, 236 East North Ave, Northlake, Illinois 60164  708-836-1111 is "unqualified" to become a judge. AEAE basis its opinion on several factors:
First Larry Andolino does not even maintain a office under his name that AEAE could locate. Secondly, AEAE could not even locate a business telephone number in his own name. Thirdly, Larry Andolino who represents a Loyola Hospital Neo Natal nurse as a defendant in a malicious prosecution Case No. 07 L 5697 which is in front Judge Kelly, has filed a Notice of Motion to Vacate Default and Motion to Dismiss Instanter. In that motion AEAE was able to identify a misrepresentation(s) of materal fact and/or law in violation of ARDC www.iardc.org  Rule 3.3(a). A member of AEAE has filed a Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Complaint with ARDC. If the allegations are true any lawyer who makes misrepresentation of material fact in violation of Rule 3.3(a) in a Motion  to Cook County Judge in order to dismiss a "malicious prosecution" "Civil Rights Case" should not now or "ever" be considered for a Cook County Judgeship. AEAE requests that you reject any Application by Attorney Larry Andolino for any Judgeship.

Miss Michigan Kirsten Haglund crowned Miss America 2008

LAS VEGAS --AP  Miss Michigan Kirsten Haglund, a 19-year-old aspiring Broadway star, was crowned Miss America 2008 on Saturday in a live show billed as the unveiling of the 87-year-old pageant's new, hipper look.

Haglund, of Farmington Hills, Mich., sang "Over the Rainbow" to clinch the title. She beat Miss Indiana Nicole Elizabeth Rash, the first runner up, and Miss Washington Elyse Umemoto, the second runner up for the $50,000 scholarship and year of travel that comes with the crown.

Haglund, who studies music at the University of Cincinnati, grew up in a pageant family. Her mother is an active volunteer, and her grandmother Iora Hunt, competed for the crown as Miss Michigan 1944. Hunt was in the audience Saturday.

NATIONAL PHYSICIANS ASSOCIATION HAS NAMED DR. JOHATHAN MURASKAS "DOCTOR OF THE YEAR"

CHICAGO--THE NATIONAL PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATION HAS NAMED DR. JONATHAN MURASKAS DOCTOR OF THE YEAR. Dr. Muraskas is a Professor of Pediatrics and Neonatcology at Loyola Hospitial in Maywood Illinois. The question that his collegues has for Dr. Muraskas is "whether he is really a "great Physician or just "lucky"! AEAE CHARGES GABRIELLA R. COMSTOCK ESQ. WITH PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT

CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) A CHICAGO BASED ATTORNEY "WATCH DOG" GROUP that advocates the "strict" enforcememt of attorney ethics has investigated  the law firm of Knuckles , Keough and Moody P.C. from Naperville, Illinois 60540 and find that AEAE  rates them as "not recomended". In a recent Cook County Law Division Case 04-L 3034 AEAE has found evidence that Gabriella R. Comstock and other members of the Knuckles procured a court order against  a company in which the Judge did not find against. From the Evidence AEAE has it appears that the Knuckles just "slipped" a fast one on the Judge, having enter an order against a party where there was "no" finding against. AEAE is presenting its evidence to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission www.iardc.org  for investigation and charging. Disclaimer the fact that AEAE is charging the Knuckles, Keough & Moody P.C firm with professioinal misconduct does not mean that they are guilty. They are presumed innocient until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In another matter  AEAE send emails to Jon W. Dubas and Harry I. They failed to do so and AEAE filed complaints with Justice Department.  AEAE has filled Bar complaints against each of the said respondents and seeks to have them disbarred from the practice of law for their failure to take the remedial action against other lawyers registered with the Patent and Trademark Office who have been charged with committing a "fraud" on the patent and trademark office. NATIONAL PHYSICANS ASSOCIATION RATES THE LOYOLA NEONATAL UNIT THE BEST IN THE U.S.A.

CHICAGO--THE NATIONAL PHYSICANS ASSOCIATION HAS RATED THE LOYOLA HOSPITAL NEONATAL UNIT http://www.luhs.org/index.cfm THE BEST IN THE WORLD FOR 2007. Loyola Hostipal holds the world record for raising the 'SMALLEST" 8 oz baby to term in 1989. Today the child is doing very well. NPA has rated the nurses in the Neo unit to be the "best" in the U.S. There is one nurse in particular that deserves special kudos but a court order forbids her name to be mentioned here, But every body who is any body knows who that is...She worked on the 'smallest baby in 89' and is responsible for that childs survival, when everyone else thought that smallest of babies would not make, she always said that it would and it did.....
