ARDC WAIVES RIGHT TO FILE A RESPONSE TO STOLLER'S WRIT OF CERTIORARI

CHICAGO--THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION (ARDC) WWW.IARDC.ORG  filed a waiver to respond to Leo Stoller's Petition for writ of certiorari Case No. 07-7786 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certiorari. Stoller the Executive Director of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) filed a Attorney Disciplinary Commission complaint against two Arlington Heights divorce attorneys for violating ARDC Rule 3.7 http://www.iardc.org/rulesprofconduct.html. The ARDC declined to prosecute the two lawyers. Stoller filed a Writ of Mandamus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandamus before the Illinois Supreme Court. PALESTINIANS ARE TERRORISTS AND DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A HOMELAND GOTTEN THROUGH TERRORISM

CHICAGO--THE SOLUTION TO THE ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN dispute is not to reward the Palestinians with a "homeland" as a "reward" for their terrorism for the last 58 years. It sends the wrong message. The 9/11 attack and daily suicide bombings against Israelis should not cause the US to "reward" the Palestinian with any homeland which will be used as nothing more than a staging ground for further attacks against us and Israel. Shimon Peres decision to give land for peace was an example of the big mistakes it is to give "your enemy" a staging ground upon which to attack. Shimon gave the Gaza Strip away to the Palestinians only to have missiles raining down on Israeli heads every day. The middle east peace meeting in Annapolis makes a convincing case for why Condi Rice has lost her mind and is "unfit" to continue in her job. Where is General Sherman? Sherman would know what to do with the Palestine-Arab-terrorist Problem. Sherman helped win the civil war with his "march" to the sea and Sherman solved our Indian "terrorism" problem. What American and Israel need to solve the Arab terrorism "problem" is another General Sherman! HILLIARY CLINTON IS NOT A LESBIAN?

Abedin is what is known in Senate parlance as a “body person,” someone who helps manage a senator’s hectic schedule and is usually at her side when she travels. “Huma keeps everything going— she’s indispensable,” a former aide said. A Senate colleague of Abedin’s described her as “always reserved a bit, a typical Hillary person, very quiet.”  Although Ms. Clinton has denied being a lesbian, there are members of the lesbian community who are hoping that Ms. Clinton comes "out of the closet" so that if Ms. Clinton were elected president, it would not only be the first female president but the first "lesbian" president

DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN IN 2008? SHARIA LAW?

After 8 years of the white house being in the hands of the Republicans there is a tendency for the nation to want to vote democratic and give the white house to a democrat. This is Not the time to make a change in Republican leadership. The country needs a "strong" leader, which means a Republican. The Democrats do not have in their "DNA” the ability to fight a protracted war with the country's enemies. Select a Democrat and we will see the streets of American burning...Our Arab enemies will take advantage of a "weak" president. We have been fighting the communist for only 60 years we have been fighting the Arabs since the crusades. Now the Arabs have "oil" money to fight us "forever". There can be no doubt that John McCain with all of his experience it the "right" man for the job of President of the United States in 2008. With McCain the country knows what it is getting, with all the other candidates it's a "Wild" Card. The American People cannot afford to take any chances at this time in our history with a "wild" card unproven candidate.
