CHICAGO--LEO STOLLER the Executive Director of Americans for the Enforcement

The lawyers clearly violated the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct

JUDGE VIRGINA KENDELL GRANTS STOLLER'S MOTION IN GOOGLE CASE

CHICAGO--AEAE--LEO STOLLER MOVED TO CANCEL THE GOOGLE INC., TRADEMARK "GOOGLE" ON THE GROUNDS THAT IT HAS BECOME GENERIC. Google Inc., sued for RICO. Stoller won an appeal Google_Opinion.pdf from the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the case was sent back to District Court Judge Virgina Kendell.  On June 30, 2008 Google Inc.,'s attorneys Michael T. Zeller  from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges and Jonathan M. Cyrluk filed Google Inc.'s Response to Supplement to Stoller's Motion to Intervene. Stoller has identified misrepresentations of
material fact and/or law in the said response and filed a Illinois Attorney
 Registration and Disciplinary
Complaint www.iardc.org  against Zeller and Cyrluk.
 Stoller
had previously filed a ARDC complaint agianst Zeller
.Michael_T._Zeller_Attornet.pdf Zeller  according to Stoller's charges caused
Google Inc., to terminate Stoller's previous
blog which was controled by Google Inc because Zeller did not like Stoller
publishing the fact that attorney disciplinary complaints had been filed by
Stoller against Michael T. Zeller. Judge Virgina Kendell just granted Stoller's
Motion to file his Reply to Google Inc's Response to bar Stoller from intervention.
Stoller is anticipating and looking forward to suing Zeller, individually
and Quinn Emanuel  Urquhart Oliver & Hedges
and Jonathan M. Cyrluk in

AEAE RELEASING NEW BOOK, HOW TO SUE A LAWYER AND WIN EVERY TIME

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/AGyDJRdnQ6A&hl=en&fs=1CHICAGO--THE AMERICANS
 FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF
 ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE)
will be releasing a new manual
for the Pro Se Litigant on
"How to sue a lawyer and win
 every time."
  AEAE is an attorney
ethics watch dog group since 1974
 that advocates the "strict" enforcement
of attorney ethics. AEAE has been
releasing legal publications, manuals
on How to Protect Your Intellectual
Property Rights, How to Hire an Attorney,
the Guide for the Pro Se Litigant and
now a manual on "How to successfully
Sue an Attorney".  The time in American
Jurisprudence is over when only Attorneys
can sue a party. In over 30 years AEAE
has learned that Attorneys who believe that
they are immune from lawsuits is "over".
The playing field has now been leveled
for those "non" lawyers who may have a
"valid" cause of action to be able to file
a suit against an attorney and to be able
to win that suit. For over a century Law Schools have been pumping out lawyers who
have for the most part been immune from becoming defendants because they are
members of the bar, and members of the bar as a rule do not sue other members
of the "bar". That day has past. In order to level the playing field AEAE is
providing a "Guide" on how to sue an attorney and win every time. A little known
fact is that "Attorneys are the worst witnesses" in the world. When it comes to
becoming a "Defendant" attorneys generally "lose"  more often than the public
at large. Juries "hate" attorneys and when they have the opportunity "bury" them
in verdicts.

ILLINOIS COOK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE CAROL BELLOWS SAVES STOLLER'S LIFE

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/6ZIUVxrcq4k&hl=en&fs=1CHICAGO--COOK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE CAROL BELLOWS PUTS STOLLER IN THE HOSPITAL THIS WEEK.  Stoller on Tuesday July 15, 2008 was appearing before
Cook County Judge Carol Bellows http://www.divorce-lawyers-chicago.com/cook_county_domestic_relations_judges.php.
Opposing counsel, a well known Arlington
Heights, Illinois  Divorce Attorney insisted that a hearing
take place on a Motion to Strike Stoller Motion to
disqualify a Child evaluator in a "custody" battle.
 Stoller informed Judge Bellows
that he had never been served with the
opposing counsel's Motion to Strike and
had not been able to respond in writing.
Stoller also informed Judge Carol Bellows
that he had retained counsel and
requested that hearing be continued and that it
would "not" prejudice the other side.
Judge Carol Bellows  told Stoller in open court,
"Mr. Stoller you will be served in
open court with the pleading than
we will have our hearing.!"
The "stress" of being "rail roaded into a hearing that
Stoller was not prepared for nor had even seen the
pleadings, reminded Stoller of the famous Texas Judge
telling the Defendant, "Your going to get a fair trial and
then we are goint to hang you."  Stoller immediately
retained a court reporter for the 10:30 am hearing and on the
record Stoller stated, "Judge this  proceeding is a clear violation
of my due process and equal  protection rights and I object to it.
Further I am experiencing "chest" pains and I must go
 immediately to see my doctor."
Opposing counsel objected. Judge Carol Bellows finally gave Stoller a continuance stating
in open court, over the objections of opposing counsel, "I once had a party die in my court
room who complained of chest pains and I am not going to allow Mr. Stoller to die in my
court room". With that statement, Stoller exited the court room and went to Gotlieb
Hospital in Melrose Park, Illinois where he was admitted. The moral of the story is
that a Judge can "kill" a party by depriving them of their due process and equal
protection rights in a court of law.  Stoller is grateful that Judge Carol Bellows finally
terminated the hearing and permitted Stoller to seek the necessary medical assistance.
Judge Carol Bellows  can be credited with saving Stoller's life.
Stoller was unable to
blog Thursday nite because he was in the hospital. But all is well that ends well.

STOLLER CHARGED BY EX-WIFE WITH INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT

 CHICAGO--LOYOLA
UNIVERSITY  NURSE
AND FORMER WIFE Amended_Stoller_Divorce_Ct.pdf
 HAS FILED Another
 FRIVILIOUS CHARGE
 OF "INDIRECT CRIMINAL
 CONTEMPT"
Third_Motion_for_Criminalt.pdf
 AGAINST STOLLER
.
 A person  charged
with indirect criminal
 contempt is entitled
to the same
 constitutionally mandated
 procedural rights as
 persons  charged
with criminal offenses
 including the right
 to know the
 nature of the charge
to have it
 definitely and
specifically set
 forth by citation
 or rule to show
cause and the
 right to answer the
 charge. A person charged with
 indirect criminal contempt
is subject to the privilege
 against self-incrimination,
 the presumption of innocence,
and the right to pe proven
guilty beyond a reasonable
 doubt in addition to the
 other procedural requirements
 and rights normally applicable
to criminal trials. A respondent in indirect criminal contempt
proceedings not be called  by the petitioner to testify. Since the
respondent in indirect criminal contempt proceedings
is entitled to the privilege against self incrimination he may not
be called by the petitioner  to testify. When the Petitioner failes
to convict they can be and will be charged with
a civil suit for malicious prosecution seek
$10 million in damages.
Stoller, the former  Defendant anticipates prevailing in the said
unjustified lawsuit and looks forward to
becoming a plaintiff in another malicious prosecution lawsuit
amended_Malicious_Prosecut.pdf. Stoller's target is his former wife
and her attorney(s). Stoller has dedicated his chapter on defending
against a "frivilious"  malicious prosecution charge in his new book
"Manual for the Pro Se Litigant" to  his ex-wife and her attorneys.

The elements of a malicious prosecution case are (1) that the defendant
filed and/or  prosecuted the underlying civil action; (2) a favorable termination
of the prior case,  in which the innocence of the former defendant was
established; (3) the absence of  probable cause, meaning that no
reasonable attorney would have considered it to be
tenable; (4) malice, which can be implied from a conscious disregard
for the consequences, from a lack of probable cause, and from
inadequate investigation  and research, and (5) damages
.
Stoller's ex-wife and her attorneys are gluttons for legal punishment
as they are already  defendants in another malicious prosecution case
brought by Stoller. The continuing theme of Stoller's malicious prosecution
actions are that the ex-wife is malicious and  that her lawyers-defendants
are "serial" violators of the sacred public trust which bestows
the power to file and prosecute legal actions. Stoller will show that the
Ex-wife's divorce  attorneys _Mandamus_Act8.pdffrom Arlington Heights,
Illinois are a threat to the judicial  system and clearly deserve the indignation
and contempt of decent society. Stoller has  already filed three ARDC
Complaints STOLLER_ARDC_Complaint.pdf www.iardc.org
against his ex-wife's divorce lawyer. Stoller is the Executive Director
of Americans for the  enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE).

TONY SNOW A STRONG SUPPORTER OF AEAE, DEAD AT 53

alt : http://www.youtube.com/v/6ZIUVxrcq4k&hl=en&fs=1

CHICAGO--AEAE--TONY SNOW A FORMER FOX NEWS
CHANNEL ANALYSTS  AND WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY DIED SATURDAY IN WASHINGTON DC.

He was 53. SNOW was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2005  when he was still a Fox News Channel host and syndicated columnist.  Stoller's father Russell N. Stoller a World War II Hero,  was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1989, had much of his
colon removed and lived until 2003.
Tony Snow was not as lucky. Although Snow cancer went into remission when he became
President George W. Bush's press secretary, it really "never" went away. The cancer returned to
Tony's liver and abdomen. Tony left the White House in September of 2007. In April he became an
analyst for CNN. Snow was a speech writer for the first president George Bush. He occasionally
filled in for Rush Limbaugh on his radio talk show. Tony Snow is a long time supporter of the
"strict" enforcement of attorney ethics and the Chicago based group the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE). Please send contributions to AEAE 7115 W. North Ave.
